Counselling offers an opportunity to talk, to think, to reflect on issues that are affecting your life. You will be giving yourself the time and space that allows you to talk about your concerns in a way that is often difficult, even with those close to you.
It may be that this is a time of great difficulty and that you are really unsure of yourself and your relationships. As a counsellor, I can help you to find ways to talk about your issues and help you build a therapeutic relationship that is based on trust.
I offer daytime, evening and weekend ( limited availability) sessions.
